Ankeet is a Yoga Counselor and Founder of Himalayan Course. He teaches a progressive approach to improving posture and releasing energy blockages through simple, structured practices. His sessions are designed for beginner and intermediate practitioners, with a focus on safe movement, breath awareness, and sustainable results.
